Please allow 10 business days for delivery as the USPS is still overloaded with shipping. If your order only includes stickers and/or cards no tracking is given as they are shipped with a stamp. If you ordered prints, notepads, mugs, etc. you can refer to the tracking provided. Once a package is shipped I am not responsible for it, you may contact USPS or repurchase your item(s) and notify me to upgrade the shipping to include tracking.

Unfortunately, once items are sent out I have no control over how USPS handles them. You are more than welcome to do a damaged item report to the USPS but I am not able to resend an item. I do my best to package and label things to prevent these accidents, but things do rip or break on occasion.
